Image of Austin

We have all seen rainbows. Most times they are partials, sometimes even meer glimpses of strokes of color against the sky. They fade, they strengthen.

They can be elusive and unsure.

This rainbow was not elusive. It was bold, outspoken, and adamant. It hung in the sky for a good amount of time. And then, it was gone.

While it was there, I couldn’t help but look to the end for the pot of gold and the leprachaun…and wish that I had a better camera to capture the image.
